This website is operated by ANIMASCRY, owned and operated by Jacques Léo Maurin. Throughout the website, the terms “ANIMASCRY”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ANIMASCRY.
By accessing this website and/or purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this website.
PRODUCTS
ANIMASCRY produces garments, accessories, and objects in limited quantities.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in material, texture, color, measurements, finish, and construction may occur. These variations are considered part of the design and craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.
Natural materials such as leather and denim may develop unique signs of wear, patina, and character over time.
Each design is created to age with its owner.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update products without prior notice.
Products displayed within the ARCHIVE section are not necessarily available for purchase. Availability of archived designs may be discussed individually upon request.
PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are final prices.
ANIMASCRY operates under the German small business regulation (§19 UStG). Therefore, no VAT is shown or charged separately.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed through approved payment providers including Stripe and any payment methods made available through Stripe.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
ANIMASCRY reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or other legitimate concerns.
PRE-ORDERS
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary due to production schedules, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept potential variations in delivery times.
SHIPPING
ANIMASCRY ships worldwide where legally permitted.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
BESPOKE AND CUSTOM PROJECTS
ANIMASCRY offers bespoke and custom-made projects upon request.
Due to the individual nature of these projects, pricing, payment terms, production timelines, and delivery conditions are agreed separately for each commission.
Custom-made products are created specifically for the customer. Therefore, such items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except where required by applicable law.
All details regarding bespoke projects will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, product concepts, images, graphics, logos, texts, and other materials, remains the intellectual property of ANIMASCRY unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
LIABILITY
We strive to provide accurate information on this website. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANIMASCRY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or its products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
