Products manufactured according to individual customer specifications, measurements, or personalized requirements may not be eligible for return or withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
REQUIREMENTS

Be returned in their original condition
Include all original packaging, hangtags, cards, and accessories

RETURN SHIPPING

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For valuable shipments, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. ANIMASCRY cannot guarantee the receipt of untracked returns.
EXCHANGES
ANIMASCRY does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
